What does it cost me to become a partner?
Nothing. No fees, no subscription and no minimum number of claims. You only earn when a claim is paid out.
When and how do I get paid?
As soon as the traveler is paid out, your share is ready. We settle monthly by SEPA transfer, with a breakdown to the cent.
How much do I earn exactly?
You get 30% (Referral), 40% (Assisted) or 50% (White-label) of our fee on every successful claim. On an average €400 claim with our 30% fee, that is €36 to €60 per paid claim.
What does my client have to do?
As little as possible. With Referral the traveler fills in the claim check. With Assisted you submit the claim and your client only signs the assignment.
Can it run under my own brand?
Yes. With White-label you get your own subdomain with your logo, colours and URL. Your clients never see Tomo.
Which countries does this work in?
We start in the Netherlands and Belgium and expand across the EU. The claim applies to any flight departing the EU and to EU airlines landing in the EU.
